The buyers responsibility: 

 The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 7 days of purchase and delivery. The seller must be informed of the examination results and forwarded a copy of the results within one week after the vet visit. Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of this guarantee.     If your puppy, in the opinion of the vet, has any physical problems considered to be life threatening and non curable, the seller, will provide you with a replacement puppy of equal value. If there are no puppies available , one will be provided from the next available litter.  If you choose a puppy of greater value, then you are responsible for the cost difference. To make a claim you must return your puppy back to us within 7 days along with any and all vet/testing results, at the buyers expense.  Your puppy has been sold as a companion pet puppy with no Full AKC registration papers or for breeding unless otherwise agreed upon before purchase of said puppy or adult dog. There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potential exhibited as a puppy.  Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.  To further qualify for your warranty, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed Veterinarian. The care must include all vaccinations and de worming recommended by the vet for the puppy's first year of life. The puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal or life threatening congenital or hereditary diseases which adversely affects the health of the animal or results in death. If the dog dies within this one year time frame, the buyer must have a necropsy done to determine the cause of death. No replacement will be made on a deceased puppy until a necropsy is performed to determine the cause of death. The necropsy must be performed by an accredited institution set up for such procedures such as a state lab or university. A necropsy performed by a local vet will not be accepted. All expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. If the reason is found to be congenital, the seller will replace the puppy as soon as one of equal value becomes available.  It is not uncommon during shipping for puppies to be exposed to worms, coccidia, ear mites, kennel cough, or giardia and this exposure is beyond our control. Therefore, we do not cover these conditions.  This warranty does not cover Parvo Virus. Your puppy has had age appropriate vaccinations according to the guidelines of our veterinarian against this virus before leaving us. The buyer is responsible for any remaining vaccinations the puppy may need at the time of purchase. A vaccination record has been given to the new owner with instructions of when the next vaccination should be given.  This guarantee does not include any costs associated with spaying or neutering the puppy including that of undescended testicles.  If your puppy is being sold with pet rights only, we require that you submit proof of spaying or neutering by the dogs 1st birthday.  *Retained testicles and hernias are excluded from this guarantee, but all puppies are vet checked and any puppies to be found with a retained testicle, the new owner will be let know of that and will have the choice of picking another puppy if it is available, or, if the buyer does not want another puppy, we will discount the purchase price, or refund your deposit.  If hernias are found during our vet check, we will have them repaired, at our cost, with our veterinarian at that time.  All puppies covered under this Warranty are for replacements only. We do not issue refunds for any reason with the only exception of death of the puppy before transport, or a serious, life threatening, non curable issue is found during our pre transport vet exam. The guarantee is non transferable to another party. No replacements will be given if the puppy is bred or euthanized without prior contact.  The buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Arkansas, in the county of Boone. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Boone County Arkansas.    DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  Thank you for your purchase and good luck and happy tails with your new baby!!!
